SHIPPING
After we've spent a lot of time with your invites - you know, we've become good friends with these things by now - we want to be sure they arrive in one piece! Heaven forbid something should happen to them in transit after we've cared for them for so long.
We carefully package your invites in wooden crates (made right here in the good ol' US of A!) and comfortably snuggle them among squiggly paper packing that also doubles as a great cat toy! We also include a glue stick and a packet of information that tells you how to weigh your invitations to get accurate postage, as well as other info pertinent to the preparation and mailing of your invites. If you are not local and are unable to pick up your invitations at our studio, we will ship your invites to you via FedEx Ground. A flat rate of $40 is included to all domestic U.S. orders. Should you wish to use another shipping method, please let us know at the time of design approval. Shipping for international orders will be billed at cost. Shipping costs are due prior to shipment.
We cannot be responsible for damage during shipping. If your job suffers damage in transit, you must file a claim against the carrier (Fed Ex) to recover the value. We will try to reprint the order as quickly as possible as a service to you, but we will have to charge the full price for the replacement, including a new non-refundable deposit. Customs, shipping and handling charges are in addition to imprinting costs. We insure the job for the amount paid to Ladyfingers Letterpress. For international orders, we place the total value of your order as the value of your package.
